Integrate Visualization Module. A Graph API has been created to export basic Node, Edge and Object3d interface, out of the box. The visualization module implement Object3dImpl and use it internally. The module prepares modularity by putting interface in api directory. Put AVL tree generic implementations in a separate module: Data Structure Utils. Create a JOGLWrapper library module.

Merge graph events ADD and REMOVE to increase event data compression in DHNS's event manager. Adapt direct dependencies. Fix bug 784606 with better event queue management for both graph and attributes. Stop sending attributes SET_VALUE events for node and egde id columns.
