Yay, back to the glory days of having repo tests.
The problem was that we weren't being smart about ##__DIR__.'/some/string'## during the compile step. Now we are.
This change is mostly for FB internal organizational reasons.
Building is not effected beyond the fact that the target now
lands in hphp/hhvm/hhvm rather than src/hhvm/hhvm.
