ptarjan 2e5d5fbb15 fix SlowRepo tests 
Yay, back to the glory days of having repo tests.

The problem was that we weren't being smart about ##__DIR__.'/some/string'## during the compile step. Now we are.

mwilliams 4514a79c60 Remove ReqSrc and ReqMod 
They can no longer be generated. Also remove all the associated
code from the emitter.

Jordan Delong 363d1bb20f Code move src/ -> hphp/ 
This change is mostly for FB internal organizational reasons.
Building is not effected beyond the fact that the target now
lands in hphp/hhvm/hhvm rather than src/hhvm/hhvm.
