array_keys($arr) and array_keys($arr, NULL) should behave differently
...
In Zend, the latter form only returns keys which have a NULL
(or NULL-like if $strict==false) value. The former returns all keys.

Code move src/ -> hphp/
...
This change is mostly for FB internal organizational reasons.
Building is not effected beyond the fact that the target now
lands in hphp/hhvm/hhvm rather than src/hhvm/hhvm.
