Sara Golemon 1a579441fb Switch to reentrant safe calls in posix
posix_getpwuid()
posix_getpwnam()
posix_getgrgid()
posix_getgrnam()
posix_ttyname()

were using non-threadsafe posix calls.
Most using AttachLiteral for shared space as well.
