Hui Zhou 8cd8c1f9c2 config: replace AC_TRY_{COMPILE,LINK,RUN}
AC_TRY_{COMPILE,LINK,RUN} are obsolete, replace with AC_{COMPILE,LINK,RUN}_IFELSE.

Format the code for better readability.
