GuardLoc drops into preOptimize. genAssertLoc did two things based on a bool---one of which needed logic in preOptimize, and the other which implied something for updateTrackedEffects (and was handled in hhbctranslator). Also removes genLdAssertedLoc---it's not an instruction; I considered an emitLdAssertedLoc but since this is only used in a few places (less than a LdIncRefLoc would be) it seemed fine to just flatten.
HipHop VM for PHP
HipHop VM (HHVM) is a new open-source virtual machine designed for executing programs written in PHP. HHVM uses a just-in-time compilation approach to achieve superior performance while maintaining the flexibility that PHP developers are accustomed to. HipHop VM (and before it HPHPc) has realized >5x increase in throughput for Facebook compared with Zend PHP 5.2.
